    Dietetics and Nutrition Club

    The Dietetics and Nutrition Club (DNC) connects its members to professionals in the field, encourages leadership and innovation, and provides a social network for students to meet peers with similar interests. While exploring the various opportunities dietetics has to offer, it stands to contribute knowledge, skill, and professionalism to the community through club activities.

    Food Science Club

    In the Food Science Club (FSC), members participate in product development, meet with industry professionals, tour food processing facilities, and connect with other students interested in food and food science. FSC members can also participate in extra activities such as the College Bowl, dairy product judging, and join the Product Development Team.

    • College Bowl: The College Bowl is a team trivia competition for students hosted annually by the Institute of Food Technologists Student Association (IFTSA).
    • Dairy product judging: Students learn the fundamentals of dairy products sensory evaluation while competing with students from other universities.
    • Product Development Team: The Product Development Team competes in product development competitions hosted by various companies and organizations.
