Dr. Sara Gragg is a professor in the Department of Animal and Dairy Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She served as associate director of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery program from February to November of 2024, and was appointed as Associate Chair of the Department of Animal and Dairy Sciences in November of 2024. In July of 2025, she assumed the role of Department Chair.
