Eva, a senior majoring in Nutritional Sciences and student researcher in the Joe Pierre Lab within the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, is investigating the anti-inflammatory properties of bovine colostrum and milk. Her research aims to provide new insights into how milk components may influence inflammation and health.
